All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as FedEx, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, Aramex, and Delhivery Surface, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 working days.

Shipping Details

  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • 1–3 business days for urban regions (served by major courier companies and India Post)
  • 1–5 business days for the rest of India (remote or rural areas served by regional couriers/India Post)

International Shipping

  • Currently, international shipping is not available

Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on third-party logistics providers
  • Vedalook Well Being Private Limited is not liable for delays due to unavoidable circumstances such as strikes, natural calamities, or disruptions
  • Deliveries are made between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment
  • Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days

Delivery Conditions

  • If you are unavailable, you may assign a representative to accept the order
  • A signature may be required upon delivery as proof of receipt
  • Refusal to sign will be treated as refusal to accept delivery
  • You agree to provide accurate and detailed delivery address information to ensure successful delivery

Delays & Exceptional Situations

In case of emergencies such as lockdowns, strikes, relocation, or other crises, we may not be able to commit to a delivery timeline. Your patience and understanding during such situations are greatly appreciated.
