At Vedalook, we do not accept returns for health and beauty products due to hygiene and safety reasons, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transportation.


Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process a return request for a damaged or defective product, you must provide a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product.

This video is mandatory to validate your claim.

Return Process Timeline

  • Pickup arranged within 72 hours after request
  • Inspection takes approximately 2 days
  • Refund initiated within 2 days after inspection
  • If self-shipped, delivery depends on courier service
  • Refund timing depends on original payment method

How to Return a Product

If the return is due to our error (defective or damaged product):

  • We will arrange a pickup at no cost
  • Ensure the product is properly sealed before pickup
  • Request pickup via email

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team with your order number.

  • Cancellation is processed within 24 hours after confirmation
  • If the order is already dispatched, do not accept the delivery
  • Inform customer care immediately in such cases
